Error Code: ERR_CONTENT_ATTESTATION_SET_VERIFY_FAILED​

This error occurs when verification of a Content Attestation included in the Content Attestation Set fails.

  • One or more Content Attestations included in the Content Attestation Set may have failed verification.

Examples​

  • A Content Attestation was issued with an issuer value that does not match the Core Profile's credentialSubject.id. For example, when the Core Profile's credentialSubject.id is dns:example.com, the Content Attestation was issued with "issuer": "dns:another.com".

Resolution​

  • Review the Content Attestation that failed verification to ensure its contents are correct.
  • Confirm that the Core Profile's credentialSubject.id and the Content Attestation's issuer are configured appropriately.
